Special London Lads Offer: Free personal training session with strength training experts HEX - register by 31 August 2018
HEX are a strength training gym fast becoming the go to place to workout amongst the LGBT+ community in London.
HEX are offering all members of London Lads the opportunity to claim a FREE personal training session and nutritional consultation, between now and the end of September, at their HQ in Clapham North.
An alternative to the high street gym chains and 'one size fits all' personal training, HEX have been working with gay sporting clubs such as the London Otters RC and Kings Cross Steelers RFC, and last year ran a weekly HIIT class at the legendary Two Brewers.
London Lads are delighted to invite you to our July Gay Pub Crawl event, for a fun-packed night with other great blokes as we venture out in Soho.
The format is not that of a drunken pub crawl, with no running all over London, and no downing pints. Our events are much more of a social outing and party atmosphere, where we visit just three gay or gay-friendly venues on our Pub Crawl nights, with the venues changing every month. We focus on making friends, having fun and breaking the routine of just sticking with the two or three regular bars to venture out to.
Rest assured you will be with other friendly gay guys in an attitude-free and clique-free group. We also have loads of newbies in addition to many regulars, so you will not be alone if this is your first time.
The Pub crawl is in Soho, with us visiting three bars:
• 6.30pm - basement club bar @ The O Bar (83-85 Wardour Street)
• 8.00pm - lounge/DJ area @ Rupert Street bar (50 Rupert Street)
• 9.10pm - basement club bar @ Village Soho (81 Wardour Street) which is open until 3am!
Areas have been booked and updates about where we are will be available via Meetup and Facebook on the night. All timings listed are approximate and subject to change.
We ask for a £2 contribution towards the costs of running the event. Please give this to a host upon arrival, where you will be registered.
IF YOU ARE NEW... you are very welcome! It is advisable for newbies to arrive whilst we are at our first venue. Please make sure to approach an organiser, who will be wearing a glow-stick, so we can help with introductions. There are usually plenty of new people, so you will not be the only one and won't feel like billy-no-mates!
We look forward to seeing you all :-)

Join us, as we grab a great spot, watch the Pride in London Parade and take part in the celebrations.
We will gather outside Costa coffee on Regent Street St James at 11.30am with the aim to secure a spot at the bus shelter outside (stop Z) as the London Lads base for the parade.
Please feel free to bring along food and drinks from home. If you prefer to buy supplies on the day, there is a Tesco less than a minute's walk away from our location with a huge selection of sandwiches, salads and snacks. Oh, and plenty alcohol and soft refreshments are available there too at regular supermarket prices ;-)
We anticipate the parade will begin around midday, so will be able to get a great view of all the fabulous floats and people as they process along the route. It's also a great spot to take photos and videos from too! Plus, we can be all located together and should the weather not be so great, we have shelter at the bus stop to protect us from any rain.
The parade will probably last until 4:30pm, so we may split in two separate groups from there.
Some may wish to walk to Trafalgar Square to watch the Pride in London performances taking place.
Others may wish to head into Soho, grab a bite to eat and then relax in a bar and have a few more drinks to mark the occasion. We have exclusive use of an air-conditioned bar for the first hour we are there!
